Responsibilities

• Bartenders will be on their feet and moving around, providing guest service and hospitality across the hotel.
• Maintain a flawless bar appearance and efficient workflow, ensuring guests’ needs are anticipated and met.
• Adhere to safety, confidentiality, and company policies, and follow the Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards.
