Qualifications
- Must have advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables).
- Strong Power BI dashboard experience.
- Excellent written English with concise summaries.
Responsibilities
- Prepare management-ready analysis and presentations for PMO and CPO.
- Create dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, and AI tools.
- Review and summarize memos, RFAs, POs for approvals.
- Consolidate data across schedules, costs, and updates.
- Track approvals and action items with proactive follow-up.
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Maintain version control and branding across deliverables.
- Support ad hoc analyses and special PMO projects.
