Job summary

RTX is building the future of defense in the United Arab Emirates with a new Coyote factory in Tawazun Industrial Park. The UAE Coyote Operations Manager will establish and launch the factory, set up layouts and processes, and build the team to support lean, takt-driven production aligned to program requirements.

The role requires extensive ops leadership, change management, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver on schedule, quality and delivery commitments for cutting-edge counter-UAS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in operations, supply chain management, business administration, engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with 5+ years in production/operations management.
• Proven operations leadership skills with ability to influence policies, practices and procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders and within a matrixed org.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Establish Factory Operations: design the full operational setup including layout, processes, capacity, workflows, material strategy and staffing plans.
• Build and Inspire a High-Performance Team: recruit and mentor an empowered operations team focused on quality and continuous improvement.
• Deliver Operational KPIs: define and own metrics for delivery, safety, takt, quality and cost efficiency.
• CORE Domain Maturity: deploy CORE methods and tools for process maturity and sustainable performance.
• Lead Lean Systems Deployment: implement lean principles, visual controls, standard work and tiered management pre-go-live.
• Cross Functional Alignment & Risk Management: coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, Quality and Supply Chain to mitigate risks.
