Job summary

Accor in Dubai is seeking a dedicated F&B Cost Controller to monitor and control costs across outlets, manage costing, inventories, and reports, and work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary, and F&B Operations teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 3–5 years of F&B cost control experience in a luxury hospitality environment. Proficiency in Excel and familiar with Futurelog and Opera is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3–5 years of F&B Cost Control experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of F&B costing, inventory, and purchasing controls.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience with financial management software and inventory systems (Futurelog, Opera).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Outstanding organizational and time management abilities.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with UAE financial regulations and practices preferred.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly F&B cost reports.
• Manage recipe, menu, and beverage costing and monitor theoretical vs. actual costs.
• Monitor purchasing prices, receiving, stock transfers, wastage, and stock adjustments.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and support outlet profitability.
• Ensure compliance with F&B financial controls and hotel policies.
• Work closely with Finance, Purchasing, Stores, Culinary, and F&B Operations teams.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, month-end closing, and financial analysis.
