Job summary

Procer Worldwide Technical Services in Abu Dhabi seeks a Senior Cost Control Manager - MEP for a major EPC Civil Infrastructure project. Permanent role with a negotiable AED 30,000/month salary.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, EAC/ETC, and cash flow analysis across MEP packages, coordinate with project, commercial and finance teams, and drive cost control initiatives to prevent overruns on large-scale UAE infrastructure works.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12-15 years experience in Cost Control / Project Controls.
• At least 5 years in a senior Cost Control role.
• Strong EPC construction cost control experience, with significant exposure to MEP packages/projects.
• UAE/GCC experience - Minimum 3 years
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, EAC/ETC, cash flow and variance analysis.
• Experience with subcontractor costs, procurement, variations and change control.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP project budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
• Monitor actual costs, commitments and expenditure.
• Prepare EAC/ETC and cash-flow forecasts.
• Analyse variances and identify potential cost overruns.
• Track procurement, subcontractor and manpower costs.
• Monitor variations, claims and scope changes.
• Coordinate with Project, Commercial, Procurement, Planning and Finance teams.
