Job summary

Riot Platforms in Dubai is seeking an experienced corporate attorney to advise internal business partners on corporate finance transactions, draft and review credit and financing documents, and coordinate with outside counsel on significant projects.

You will support structuring, execution, and closing of multiple transactions, help develop efficient legal processes, and perform governance, securities, and other corporate work.

Qualifications

• JD required from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 3+ years of corporate, finance, securities, or transactional legal experience.
• Excellent drafting, analytical, written, and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise internal business partners on corporate finance transactions, strategic initiatives, and complex matters.
• Draft, review, and manage credit agreements, security agreements, and financing documentation.
• Coordinate with outside counsel and internal stakeholders on significant corporate projects.
• Support the structuring, execution, and closing of multiple transactions.
• Help develop efficient legal processes and internal documentation standards.
• Perform corporate, securities, and governance-related legal work.
