Qualifications

• Successful completion of law studies with a valid degree.
• Several years of professional experience in corporate law and M&A, preferably in the UAE.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong understanding of economics and good project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent support to clients in corporate law and M&A matters, including processing questions and documents and preparing legal opinions.
• Maintain and expand existing client relationships and support acquisition of new clients.
• Lead complex corporate law projects in cross‑practice and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support clients through out‑of‑court disputes.
