Job summary

Al Masaood is seeking a seasoned communications leader to develop and execute corporate PR and brand-building strategies. The role drives media relations, stakeholder engagement, and internal/external communications across the Al Masaood Group, including management of agencies and awards programs.

The candidate will oversee social media coordination, content creation, event communications, and performance reporting, ensuring messaging consistency with brand values in a multicultural UAE

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
• A minimum of 6–8 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Experience in content creation, communications, and public relations.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Power Point, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage PR and communication efforts for Al Masaood Group and its principal brands to enhance media exposure and strengthen brand positioning.
• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies and plans to increase PR coverage with KPIs.
• Develop press releases, product articles, thought-leadership pieces, news announcements, and Q&A documents.
• Manage the PR agency on press releases, interviews, op-eds, and media outreach.
• Identify and nominate Al Masaood for industry awards to enhance recognition.
• Oversee Al Masaood event communications, including emails, speeches and captions.
• Compile and deliver PR performance reports (media clippings, media value, sentiment, and share of voice).
• Support corporate social media presence and content calendars.
• Conduct daily media and social media monitoring in UAE and Abu Dhabi.
• Compile monthly/quarterly/annual social media performance reports.
• Liaise with external vendors for photography and videography at events.
• Develop creative content and copy aligned with brand values.
• Build relationships and take ownership under pressure.
