D4Insight is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to lead sustenance-track initiatives for the Core Banking platform, overseeing architecture, enhancements, and integrations. You will collaborate with business, tech, infra, database, and vendors to optimize the system and drive modernization.

The role requires hands-on delivery experience in banking projects, with a focus on performance tuning, data modeling, and regulatory compliance.

Qualificações

• 12–15 years of experience in Core Banking implementation, support, or transformation.
• Strong Oracle FLEXCUBE architecture and solution design experience.
• FLEXCUBE technical and functional expertise.
• Strong understanding of Oracle Database, performance tuning, integrations, and data models.
• Experience with WebLogic, REST/SOAP/API, Integration/ESB, and Kafka.
• Experience managing banking projects, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on project delivery experience; retail and corporate banking experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead sustenance projects and technical initiatives for the Core Banking platform.
• Review and design solution architectures for enhancements, integrations, and optimization.
• Coordinate with business, technology, infrastructure, database, and vendor teams.
• Drive architecture reviews, technical assessments, defect remediation, and performance improvements.
• Support capacity planning, EOD optimization, platform modernization, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage project planning, risks, dependencies, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Ensure delivery within agreed timelines and quality standards.
