Job summary

BEEAH Abu Dhabi is seeking a highly motivated Control Room Officer to monitor fleet movements, generate reports, and handle inquiries in Arabic and English.

You will create routes, track vehicles, analyze data, and ensure compliance with QHSE standards while supporting safety and continuous improvement.

Bachelor’s degree or diploma, 2–5 years in fleet/gps/telematics; UAE waste management experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma required.
• 2–5 years of experience in fleet management, GPS tracking, vehicle routing or telematics.
• Waste management experience in UAE is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage fleet movements; create routes and provide real-time navigation support.
• Generate and submit daily operational reports using relevant software.
• Create geo-fences, maps and analyze vehicle history for route compliance.
• Collect, analyze and compare operational data to support planning and optimization.
• Respond to client complaints/incidents in Arabic and English.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and participate in audits and training.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Control Room Officer to join our BEEAH Abu Dhabi team. This role is responsible for effectively monitor and track all vehicles in the fleet, generate reports, and respond to client, government, or individual complaints

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage fleet movements, create task-specific routes, and provide real-time navigation support to drivers and operations staff.
• Generate and submit daily operational reports (e.g., tracking, weight, tonnage, notifications) using relevant software tools.
• Create geo-fences, maps, and analyze vehicle history to ensure route compliance and support daily waste collection monitoring.
• Collect, analyze, and compare operational data to support strategic planning and performance optimization.
• Respond to client complaints/incidents promptly in both Arabic and English to maintain service quality and client satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with QHSE standards, participate in audits and training, and contribute to safety and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any discipline
• 2 – 5 years of experience in Fleet Management / GPS Tracking / Vehicle Routing / Telematics
• Waste Management industry experience in UAE will be an added advantage

• Customer Service & Communication: Strong ability to handle client interactions and resolve complaints in both English and Arabic, ensuring high satisfaction levels
• Data Analysis & Interpretation: Proficient in analyzing operational and fleet data to support informed decision-making and planning
• GPS Tracking & Vehicle Routing: Hands-on experience with fleet monitoring systems, geo-fencing, and route optimization tools
• Reporting & Documentation: Skilled in generating clear, accurate reports and operational documentation using relevant software
• Presentation & Mapping Skills: Capable of creating visual maps and presenting operational insights effectively to stakeholders
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of waste management operations and related compliance requirements
