Job summary

BEEAH Group in Al Ain is seeking a Safety Executive to inspect sites, identify unsafe practices, and ensure compliance with HSSE standards. The role supports the HSE Manager and helps maintain safe operations across workshops, offices, and accommodations.

The ideal candidate has a 3–7 year track record in safety roles, with NEBOSH/IOSH certifications preferred, and fluent English with additional languages advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
• 3–7 years’ experience as a Safety Inspector/Officer/HSSE Officer.
• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certificate, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, or other HSE certifications preferred.
• Experience in waste management or facilities management is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Inspect operational sites and ensure compliance with HSSE standards.
• Manage workshop documentation, records, certifications, and filing systems.
• Assist HSE Manager in identifying hazards and implementing controls.
• Conduct daily HSE inspections across workshops, parking lots, yards, and offices.
• Inspect contractor activities and ensure safety standards on Bee’ah premises.
• Provide HSSE induction for new joiners and visitors; conduct toolbox talks.
• Record and report incidents, coordinate with hospitals/health authorities.
• Record weekly/monthly HSSE statistics and performance reports.
• Supervise security guards and office facilities teams; support audits.

Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Safety Executive to join our BEEAH Al Ain team. This role is responsible for inspecting operational sites, identifying unsafe practices, and ensuring compliance with company safety policies, client requirements, and legal HSSE standards. Your work will help maintain a safe working environment for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain workshop documentation, records, certifications, and filing systems.
• Assist the HSE Manager in identifying hazards and implementing control measures.
• Monitor employee compliance with client safety policies and company procedures.
• Conduct daily HSE inspections across workshops, parking lots, yards, and offices, reporting and following up on non-conformities.
• Inspect contractor activities and ensure safety standards are met within Bee’ah premises.
• Conduct HSE inspections in labor accommodations, including kitchens and dining halls.
• Conduct mock drills and scheduled fire extinguisher inspections.
• Assist in preparing incident investigation reports and ensure timely reporting of incidents and hazards.
• Follow up with hospitals and health authorities on work-related accidents, providing support to injured employees.
• Coordinate with insurance companies on workmen compensation claims.
• Provide HSSE induction for new joiners and visitors.
• Conduct toolbox talks and HSE-related training sessions as needed.
• Supervise and manage security guards and office facilities teams.
• Perform and record quarterly OHSE inspections of equipment and power tools.
• Maintain HSSE records and prepare weekly/monthly statistics and performance reports.
• Conduct internal OSHE audits as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline
• 3–7 years’ experience as a Safety Inspector/Officer/HSSE Officer
• NEBOSH IGC / IOSH certificate, ISO 45001 Internal Auditor, or other HSE certifications preferred
• Experience in waste management or facilities management is an advantage
