Job summary

Dautom is seeking a Contract Specialist in Dubai to manage end-to-end contract lifecycle across procurement, indirect services, and business operations. You will draft, review, negotiate, and monitor contracts within FMCG, F&B, dairy, and poultry industries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, SCM, or related field.
• 4–7 years of contract management experience in FMCG/F&B/dairy/poultry/food manufacturing.
• Experience handling supplier, service, procurement, and commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, payment terms, liability clauses, and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and providers.
• Handle contracts for facilities, maintenance, logistics, travel, manpower, IT, and other indirect services.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, payment terms, SLAs, and renewal conditions.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, commercial needs, and UAE laws.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, and operations for reviews and approvals.
• Monitor expiry dates, renewals, amendments, and termination clauses.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Maintain contract records and a centralized database.
• Support vendor negotiations and ensure compliance with obligations.
• Track contract performance and supplier cost optimization.
