Qualifikationen

• 4–7 years of contract management experience in FMCG/F&B/dairy/poultry/food manufacturing.
• Experience handling supplier, service, procurement, and commercial contracts.
• Knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, payment terms, liability clauses, and renewals.

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and providers.
• Handle contracts for facilities, maintenance, logistics, travel, manpower, IT, and other indirect services.
• Negotiate terms, pricing, payment terms, SLAs, and renewal conditions.
• Ensure contracts comply with policies, commercial needs, and UAE laws.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, and operations for reviews and approvals.
• Monitor expiry dates, renewals, amendments, and termination clauses.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Maintain contract records and a centralized database.
• Support vendor negotiations and ensure compliance with obligations.
• Track contract performance and supplier cost optimization.

About the Role:

We are looking for a Contract Specialist to manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and monitoring contracts related to procurement, indirect services, and business operations within the FMCG, F&B, dairy, and poultry industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage contracts with suppliers, vendors, and service providers.
• Handle contracts related to facilities management, maintenance, logistics, transportation, manpower, IT, and other indirect services.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, payment terms, service-level agreements (SLAs), and renewal conditions.
• Ensure contracts comply with company policies, commercial requirements, and applicable UAE laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement, legal, finance, and operations teams for contract reviews and approvals.
• Monitor contract expiry dates, renewals, amendments, and termination clauses.
• Identify contractual risks and recommend appropriate mitigation measures.
• Maintain contract records, documentation, and a centralized contract database.
• Support vendor negotiations and ensure compliance with agreed contractual obligations.
• Track contract performance, cost optimization opportunities, and supplier compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in contract management, preferably within FMCG, F&B, dairy, poultry, or food manufacturing.
• Experience handling supplier agreements, service contracts, procurement contracts, and commercial agreements.
• Strong knowledge of contract drafting, negotiation, risk assessment, and contract lifecycle management.
• Familiarity with SLAs, KPIs, payment terms, liability clauses, and contract renewals.
• Experience working with SAP, Oracle, or contract management systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Good knowledge of UAE commercial practices and contract compliance requirements.
