Job summary

Talents Tide in Dubai is seeking a Contracts Manager with 7–10 years of relevant experience and a strong MEP background to oversee contractual, commercial and claims matters across projects.

You will review, draft and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, amendments and notices; manage claims, variations and extensions of time; identify risks and ensure compliance with stakeholders including Project, Commercial, Procurement, Finance and Legal teams.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of contracts management experience.
• Strong MEP background mandatory.
• Experience with an MEP contractor/engineering firm preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of MEP contracts from negotiation through completion.
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, amendments and agreements.
• Manage contractual claims, variations, extensions of time and notices.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and recommend mitigation.
• Monitor contractual obligations and ensure project-wide compliance.

Talents Tide is hiring a Contracts Manager for a well-established MEP company that is part of a leading Dubai-based holding group.

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager with 7–10 years of relevant experience and a strong MEP background to manage contractual, commercial and claims-related matters across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of MEP contracts from negotiation through completion.
• Review, draft and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, amendments and agreements.
• Manage contractual claims, variations, extensions of time and notices.
• Identify contractual and commercial risks and recommend appropriate mitigation.
• Monitor contractual obligations and ensure compliance across projects.
• Work closely with Project, Commercial, Procurement, Finance and Legal teams.
• Provide contractual guidance to project teams and support resolution of contractual issues.
• Maintain accurate contractual documentation and records.
• Support negotiations with clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of relevant experience in contracts management.
• MEP background is mandatory.
• Experience with an MEP contractor / engineering & contracting company is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction and MEP contracts, claims, variations and commercial matters.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• UAE experience is preferred.
• Immediate joiners or candidates available at short notice will be preferred.
