Job summary

Black Pearl Consult seeks an experienced Manager Contract Management to lead end-to-end contract lifecycle, ensure compliance, risk mitigation, and alignment with corporate objectives. This senior role collaborates with legal, finance and business units to drive performance and value.

You will oversee creation, evaluation of variations, renewals, and closures, mentor a team of managers, and drive process improvements across the function to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; CPSM/CIPS preferred.
• 8–12 years in contract management or supply chain roles; 4–6 years in leadership.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and financial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Manager Contract Management to lead the end-to-end contract lifecycle ensuring compliance efficiency and alignment with organizational objectives. This is a senior-level position where you will manage contract creation evaluation of variation orders administration renewals performance monitoring and closure. You will work closely with legal finance and other stakeholders to resolve contract-related issues and mitigate risks.

Requirements

To be considered for this role you need to meet the following criteria:

• Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management Finance or a related field (Master s degree or professional certifications like CPSM/CIPS preferred).

• Experience: 8 12 years of experience in contract management sourcing procurement or supply chain management with at least 4 6 years in a leadership role.

• Skills:
