Job summary

Ali & Sons Holding LLC is seeking a seasoned Head of Finance – Contracting & Construction to steer the finance function across multiple projects and entities. You will partner with the COO and senior leaders to drive profitability, cash flow and governance.

The role requires extensive UAE contracting finance experience, IFRS expertise and a track record of leading high-performance finance teams in a fast-growing business.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with senior leadership exposure in UAE construction, contracting or EPC sectors.
• Strong project accounting, WIP, cost-to-complete and performance management skills.
• Proven ability to partner with COO and operations to drive commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the finance function for the contracting vertical across multiple entities and projects.
• Provide financial leadership, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Drive project profitability, cash flow, and cost control across portfolios.
• Partner with treasury, tax, FP&A and governance to ensure compliance and strong controls.
