Job summary

Hire Feed is seeking a Full-Time Specialist to review, draft, and negotiate technology and service agreements, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards while managing risk and stakeholder alignment.

You will draft and revise contracts, NDAs, and service agreements; negotiate favorable terms with vendors, clients, and internal teams; and maintain meticulous records of contracts and compliance documentation in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in contract management or a related role.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Ability to interpret complex legal and technical terms.
• Strong written and verbal stakeholder communication.
• Knowledge of contract law principles and compliance for technology services.
