Job summary

Epergne Solutions in Abu Dhabi is seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology-related contracts, including review, negotiation, administration, governance, compliance tracking, and stakeholder coordination across multiple business functions.

You will coordinate with Technology, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Risk, and Supplier teams to ensure timely contract approvals and execution, and support SAP Ariba workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.
• Strong understanding of technology contracts and software licensing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, review, execution, renewal, amendment, and termination.
• Review and negotiate Master Agreements, SOWs, Order Forms, amendments, renewals, and termination agreements.
• Maintain contract records and monitor key contractual dates, obligations, and renewals.
• Coordinate with Technology, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Risk, and Supplier teams to ensure timely contract approvals and execution.
• Support contract execution, governance, and workflow management through SAP Ariba.

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Specialist to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of technology-related contracts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contract review, negotiation, administration, governance, compliance tracking, and stakeholder coordination across multiple business functions. This role requires strong expertise in technology contracts, software licensing, SAP Ariba, Power BI, and contract governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage contracts throughout their lifecycle, including drafting, review, execution, renewal, amendment, and termination.
• Review and negotiate Master Agreements, Statements of Work (SOWs), Order Forms, amendments, renewals, and termination agreements.
• Maintain contract records and monitor key contractual dates, obligations, and renewals.
• Coordinate with Technology, Legal, Procurement, Finance, Risk, and Supplier teams to ensure timely contract approvals and execution.
• Support contract execution, governance, and workflow management through SAP Ariba.
• Assist in managing contracts related to software, hardware, implementation, and support services.
• Ensure compliance with legal, commercial, technical, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain contract, licensing, and compliance trackers using Excel.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• Prepare presentations, contract summaries, and management reports using PowerPoint.
• Support internal audits, governance reviews, and compliance initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to improve contract management processes and controls.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in contract management.
• Strong understanding of technology contracts and software licensing.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba.
• Working knowledge of Power BI for reporting and dashboard creation.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities effectively.

Preferred Skills:
