Halian is growing and we're looking for an experienced 360 Technology Contract Recruitment Consultant to join our team and build our European technology contract market.

You’ll own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle, winning new business, managing client relationships, sourcing technology contractors, closing placements, and growing your accounts across Europe from Dubai or Luxembourg.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in technology recruitment.
• Strong contract recruitment experience.
• Proven 360 recruitment and business development track record.
• Experience recruiting across European technology markets.
• Commercially driven, resilient and target-focused.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full 360 recruitment lifecycle.
• Win new business and manage client relationships.
• Source technology contractors, close placements.
• Grow accounts across European markets from Dubai or Luxembourg.
