Job summary

Halian in Dubai is expanding its Technology Permanent Recruitment team and seeks experienced Recruitment Consultants at Consultant, Senior or Principal level to join us.

This is a 360 recruitment role where you'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle – developing new business, building senior client relationships and delivering permanent technology hires across the Middle East and wider GCC, with a focus on enterprise technology and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruitment experience in technology/IT is required.
• Proven ability to win new business and place permanent technology hires.
• Experience handling full 360 recruitment lifecycle including business development and client management.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and building senior client relationships.
• Middle East experience is an advantage; willing to relocate to Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Build and develop a portfolio of technology recruitment clients across the GCC.
• Generate new business and permanent recruitment opportunities.
• Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CDOs and other senior leaders.
• Partner with enterprise, government, semi-government and high-growth organisations.
• Manage the full recruitment process from BD and requirement qualification through to placement.
• Deliver senior and specialist hires across Cloud, Cybersecurity, Data & AI, Software Engineering, ERP, Digital & Product and Transformation.
• Build strong candidate networks and headhunt specialist talent.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for senior appointments.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years' recruitment experience.
• Experience within technology/IT recruitment.
• Strong permanent recruitment experience.
• Previous 360 recruitment and business development experience.
• A track record of winning business, building client relationships and making successful placements.
• Commercial, ambitious and comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders.

Middle East experience is an advantage, but we're equally interested in experienced technology recruiters who are looking to relocate to Dubai.
