Job summary

athGADLANG is seeking a qualified FP&A Analyst to support the finance function in delivering accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role requires collaboration with finance teams and key stakeholders to provide insights for strategic decisions.

This position offers exposure to financial planning, management reporting, and group-level finance operations within a fast-paced environment in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

• ACCA, ACA, CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial reporting, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, or commercial finance.
• Big Four audit background is preferred.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, planning and performance analysis.
• Experience with management reports, MIS packs, and executive-level reporting.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly financial close, journal entries, accruals, provisions, prepayments and allocations.
• Prepare monthly management reports, MIS packs and executive presentations.
• Assist budgeting and forecasting processes; review department and business-unit submissions.
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure reporting quality and financial transparency.
• Assist with external audits and internal controls compliance.
