Job summary

The Code for Decoration Design & Fit Out LLC in Dubai seeks an experienced Contract & Commercial Manager to oversee the commercial, contractual, and financial aspects of our fit-out and renovation projects in the UAE. You will protect the company’s commercial interests and manage contracts from tender through completion.

Key duties include cost control, profitability, and monthly commercial reporting, with coordination across Project Management, QS, Procurement, Estimation, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years UAE experience in fit-out, interior contracting, renovation, or construction Contract & Commercial Management is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, variations, claims, valuations, cost control, and final accounts.
• Experience in managing subcontractors and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts and commercial activities from tender stage through project completion.
• Review and administer main contracts, subcontract agreements, and purchase orders.
• Manage project costs, budgets, cash flow, and profitability.
• Prepare and manage variations, claims, valuations, and final accounts.
• Review and negotiate subcontractor and supplier quotations and agreements.
• Monitor project costs and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
• Prepare monthly commercial reports for management.
• Coordinate with Project Management, QS, Procurement, Estimation, and Finance teams.
• Ensure proper contractual documentation and compliance with project requirements.
