Reporting directly to the Supervisor of Contract Administration and working closely with Operations, Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Field Service Engineers, the ideal candidate will oversee the administrative, contractual, and commercial aspects of field service projects. Your responsibility will span from the initial RFQ (request for quotation) to order acknowledgement and final invoicing, ensuring accurate documentation, strict policy compliance, and efficient execution throughout.
