Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator Content Production & Publishing to support coordination, production, review, and publishing of high-quality content across print and digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in communications coordination or related fields, with a bachelor’s or diploma in a relevant discipline, and strong skills in CMS, DAM, and proofreading.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Experience coordinating with editors, designers, owners, printers, web teams and suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage approvals, revisions, stakeholders and deadlines across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content production and publishing across print and digital channels.
• Review content for quality, accuracy and consistency before publication.
• Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to streamline workflows.
• Ensure bilingual Arabic/English content aligns with brand guidelines.
