Job summary

Sundus in Abu Dhabi, UAE is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator Content Production & Publishing to support coordination, production, review, and publishing of high-quality content across print and digital channels.

The ideal candidate has 2–4 years of experience in communications coordination or related fields, with a bachelor’s or diploma in a relevant discipline, and strong skills in CMS, DAM, and proofreading.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Experience coordinating with editors, designers, owners, printers, web teams and suppliers.
• Proven ability to manage approvals, revisions, stakeholders and deadlines across departments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate content production and publishing across print and digital channels.

Position: Coordinator Content Production & Publishing

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are looking for a detail-oriented Coordinator Content Production & Publishing to support the coordination, production, review, and publishing of high-quality content across print and digital channels.

Key Requirements

Education

• Bachelor s degree or Diploma in Communications, Marketing, Media, Publishing, Journalism, Public Relations, English, Visual Communication, or a related discipline.

Experience

• 2 4 years of experience in communications coordination, publishing, marketing, media production, higher education, government, or a related environment.


• Experience coordinating with copy editors, designers, content owners, printers, web teams, and external suppliers.


• Proven ability to manage multiple approvals, revisions, stakeholders, and deadlines across departments.

Technical Skills

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, Content Management Systems (CMS), Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms, and project-tracking tools.


• Familiarity with print specifications, digital publishing formats, image/video production workflows, social media requirements, accessibility, proofing, and version control.


• Understanding of content-to-design workflows and revision cycles.


• Familiarity with Arabic/English bilingual content production is highly desirable.
