• Own end-to-end project tracking across the Creative & Editorial function, maintaining full visibility of projects, milestones, dependencies, and deadlines.
• Ensure projects move efficiently through briefing, review, approval, and delivery stages.
• Identify bottlenecks and proactively resolve blockers.
• Support prioritisation across BAU, campaigns, brand partnerships, and special projects.
