Job summary

8FLAMEZ in Dubai invites a dedicated videographer to follow the founders through brand deals, launches, meetings and shoots, carrying a camera to every scene and capturing the heartbeat of the business. You will plan content series, story arcs and shot lists, edit for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and longer YouTube episodes, and publish and manage the founders' channels.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of documentary, vlog or behind-the-scenes content planned, shot, edited and published.
• Experience with moving between meetings, shoots and launches in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent English; Arabic a strong advantage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Follow the founders through brand deals, launches, partner meetings, shoots and travel.
• Plan content: series formats, story arcs, shot lists and a publishing calendar.
• Shoot constantly and edit for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and longer YouTube episodes.
• Publish and run the founders' channels with captions, thumbnails and performance tracking.
• Build a comprehensive footage archive recording 8FLAMEZ's journey.

For the first time, the founders behind the Middle East's biggest creator are opening the doors: every deal, every launch, every setback. We need the person holding the camera.

Two non-negotiables: you use AI every single day, and you know exactly who 8FLAMEZ is before you apply. If either one is missing, this role is not for you.

WHO ARE WE?

For 4+ years, 8FLAMEZ has built the commercial engine behind the Middle East's most influential creators, with a roster that reaches 1B+ combined. Today we are the region's only creator-led venture group. We are due to launch 4 to 5 ventures this year across SaaS, consumer packaged goods (CPG) and a healthy beverage brand, with a new venture launching publicly every 1 to 2 months. Three founders, one mandate: AboFlah, the region's biggest creator with 70M+ followers and two Guinness World Records; Saad Sarwar, a 2x exited founder; and Eyad Siyam, who leads content and creators.

Now the founders are documenting all of it. It is the first time creator-led brands in the Middle East have been built on camera, and the first time our co-founders will share the challenges and lessons in public, as they happen.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Follow the founders through the real work: brand deals, venture launches, partner meetings, shoots, trips and the hard days in between.
• Plan the content: series formats, story arcs, shot lists and a publishing calendar built around what's coming next.
• Shoot constantly. Your camera comes to every meeting, launch and flight, and you sense which moments matter before they happen.
• Edit everything yourself: short form for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and LinkedIn, plus longer episodes for YouTube.
• Publish and run the founders' channels: captions, thumbnails, timing and performance tracking.
• Make content that informs, educates and entertains the people we want to reach: future hires, venture partners, investors, agency partners and governments.
• Build a footage archive that becomes the record of how 8FLAMEZ was built.

GOT WHAT IT TAKES?

You're ambitious, borderline crazy and married to your camera.

• You have a portfolio of documentary, vlog or behind-the-scenes content you planned, shot, edited and published yourself.
• You're confident with cameras, audio and lighting on the move, and fast in Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or CapCut.
• You use AI every day for planning, scripting, editing, subtitles and repurposing.
• You know how to make a boardroom as gripping as a launch, and business content that people actually finish watching.
• You're discreet. You'll be in the room for confidential deals and know what stays off camera and out of the edit.
• You're based in Dubai, with a valid passport and the freedom to travel worldwide at short notice. Fluent English is required and Arabic is a strong advantage.
