Job summary

Caliberly is seeking a Creative Content Creator to develop engaging content across real estate development and construction projects. You will craft written, visual, and short-form video content to elevate brand visibility and customer engagement.

Collaborate with marketing, designers, and videographers to align content with campaign objectives. You will also help capture on-site updates, maintain asset libraries, and monitor performance to inform optimizations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.
2-5 years of experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
Experience in real estate, construction, or lifestyle brands preferred.

Responsibilities

Create written, visual, and short-form video content for digital platforms.
Develop content for social media, websites, brochures, email campaigns, and advertisements.
Translate project features, lifestyle concepts, and brand messaging into engaging content.
Assist in capturing on-site photos, videos, and project updates when required.
Maintain content libraries and asset repositories.
Monitor content performance and engagement metrics.
Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing teams to support campaigns and launches.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders for content approvals.
