Job summary

Luxarabia Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a Content Creator to join our luxury marketing team. You will develop high-quality visual content and assets that showcase properties, campaigns, and events across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and more.

Collaborate with Marketing and Community Management to ensure brand consistency, produce AI-generated visuals, adapt assets for various formats, and stay ahead of trends in social media and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Professional content creation experience within real estate preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital content, graphic design and marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content, graphics and images for social media and campaigns.

At Luxarabia Real Estate, we specialize in luxury real estate and premium property marketing across Dubai. We are looking for a creative, innovative and detail-oriented Content Creator to join our growing marketing team.

You will work closely with the Marketing and Community Management teams to develop creative content that strengthens Luxarabia's brand and supports property launches, campaigns, events and day-to-day marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content, graphics and images for social media and marketing campaigns
• Develop creative content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms
• Create AI-generated images, videos and visual concepts for real estate projects and campaigns
• Use AI tools to develop innovative property visuals, creative concepts and marketing content
• Develop creative assets for property launches, project campaigns, events and promotional activities
• Design marketing materials including:
• Property brochures
• Flyers
• Business cards
• Presentations
• Digital advertisements
• Event materials
• Adapt creative assets into different formats, dimensions and platform requirements
• Collaborate with the Marketing and Community Management teams to develop content ideas and campaigns
• Ensure all creative materials follow Luxarabia's brand guidelines and visual identity
• Maintain consistency in fonts, colors, layouts, imagery and overall visual style
• Create content that communicates property features, lifestyle and investment opportunities effectively
• Support the marketing team with urgent and time-sensitive creative requests
• Stay updated with the latest social media, design, AI and real estate marketing trends
• Organize creative files and ensure final assets are delivered accurately and on time
• Take feedback from the marketing team and make revisions efficiently

Requirements

• Previous professional content creation experience within the real estate industry is preferred
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital content, graphic design and marketing materials
• Strong graphic design and visual communication skills
• Experience using AI image and video generation tools
• Good understanding of social media content and digital marketing
• Ability to adapt creative content for different platforms and formats
