Job summary

RHK Properties is seeking a hands-on Marketing Executive / Content Creator to join our Dubai team. This all-round role combines content creation, photography, videography, video editing, social media management, graphic design, and Meta Ads lead generation.

The ideal candidate independently plans, shoots, edits, publishes, and supports paid campaigns, not just organic social media. Real estate experience is preferred, but strong candidates from service sectors will be considered.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, digital marketing, or a similar all-round role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating reels, video content, photography, and marketing creatives.
• Hands-on experience using Meta Ads Manager.
• Previous experience running lead-generation campaigns.
• Ability to explain campaign results, including metrics such as CPL, leads generated, budget, targeting, and optimization.
• Working knowledge of graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form video, and social media content.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple marketing responsibilities.
• Must be willing and able to work onsite in Dubai.

Responsibilities

• Handle property photography and videography for listings, projects, social media, team, and brand content.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos, property reels, advertisements, testimonials, and promotional content.
• Edit photos and prepare visual assets for digital marketing campaigns.
• Create graphic designs for social media posts, banners, brochures, ads, and other marketing materials.
• Manage the social media content calendar, posting, captions, and basic engagement.
• Set up, manage, monitor, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
• Run lead-generation campaigns and monitor key metrics such as CPL, leads generated, audience performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Develop and test campaign creatives, audiences, and messaging.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams on content requirements and campaign objectives.
• Attend and independently manage onsite property shoots across Dubai.

• Knowledge of Meta Pixel, retargeting, custom audiences, and campaign optimization.

Portfolio Requirement

Applicants must provide a portfolio containing relevant examples such as:

• Reels / short‑form videos
• Photography
• Property or commercial videos
• Graphic design samples
• Social media creatives
• Meta Ads or lead‑generation campaign results

Applications without a relevant portfolio may not be shortlisted.

Salary

AED 4,000–7,000 per month, depending on skills, experience, portfolio quality, and demonstrated campaign results.

Candidates will only be considered toward the higher end of the salary range if they demonstrate both:

• Strong professional‑level shooting and editing skills; and
• Proven hands‑on Meta Ads lead‑generation performance.
