Job summary

Housess Real Estate is seeking a talented Graphic Designer & Photographer to join our in-house marketing team in Dubai. The role combines high-end graphic design with professional photography across digital, print, and property marketing, including branding, campaigns, and events.

You will manage concept-to-execution workflows, shoot luxury properties, and create assets for social media and corporate communications, collaborating with marketing, sales and management to maintain premium visuals.

Qualifications

• Proven professional experience in graphic design and photography.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and photography work.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of professional cameras, lenses, lighting and photography techniques.
• Excellent photo editing and retouching skills.

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer & Photographer to join our in-house marketing team.

The ideal candidate should have strong graphic design skills combined with professional photography experience. You will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across digital, social media, print, advertising, property marketing and corporate branding.

This is a hands‑on creative role. We are looking for someone who can take an idea from concept to final execution, whether that means designing a campaign, creating a brochure, photographing a luxury property, shooting a corporate event or producing content for social media.

Graphic Design

• Design high-quality social media posts, stories, advertisements and digital campaigns.
• Create property brochures, presentations, flyers, outdoor advertising and other marketing collateral.
• Develop branding materials and maintain consistency across all company communications.
• Design creative materials for property launches, events and sales campaigns.
• Create templates and visual assets for the sales and marketing teams.
• Prepare artwork for both digital and professional print production.
• Work closely with the marketing, social media, sales and management teams.
• Support multiple brands and projects while maintaining their individual visual identities.

Photography

• Professionally photograph residential and commercial properties.
• Conduct interior, exterior, architectural and lifestyle photography.
• Photograph company events, property launches, employees and corporate activities.
• Capture professional portraits and headshots when required.
• Select, edit, retouch and colour-correct photographs to a high professional standard.
• Ensure properties are photographed in a way that presents them at their absolute best.
• Organise and maintain the company's photography and digital asset library.

Creative & Content Support

• Assist with creative direction for campaigns and property launches.
• Work alongside videographers, content creators and social media teams during shoots.
• Help plan locations, compositions, lighting and visual concepts.
• Maintain a premium and contemporary visual standard across all content.
• Stay updated with design, photography, luxury branding and social media trends.

Requirements

• Proven professional experience in graphic design and photography.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and photography work.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of professional cameras, lenses, lighting and photography techniques.
• Excellent photo editing and retouching skills.
• Good understanding of typography, composition, colour and branding.
• Experience with real estate, architecture, luxury brands or hospitality is highly preferred.
• Ability to work quickly without compromising quality.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of an in‑house creative team.
• Must be available for property shoots and events across Dubai when required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience photographing luxury properties and architecture.
• Basic video shooting and editing skills.
• Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Understanding of social‑first content and current digital formats.
• Experience working within a fast‑paced real estate or luxury environment.
