Job summary

Luxarabia Real Estate in Dubai is seeking a Content Creator to join our luxury marketing team. You will develop high-quality visual content and assets that showcase properties, campaigns, and events across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and more.

Collaborate with Marketing and Community Management to ensure brand consistency, produce AI-generated visuals, adapt assets for various formats, and stay ahead of trends in social media and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Professional content creation experience within real estate preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital content, graphic design and marketing materials.
• Graphic design and visual communication skills.
• Experience using AI image and video generation tools.
• Understanding of social media content and digital marketing.
• Ability to adapt creative content for different platforms and formats.
• Attention to detail and brand consistency.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual content, graphics and images for social media and campaigns.
• Develop content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Create AI-generated images, videos and visual concepts for projects.
• Use AI tools to develop innovative property visuals and marketing content.
• Develop assets for property launches, campaigns and events.
• Design marketing materials including brochures, flyers, business cards, presentations, digital ads, and event materials.
• Adapt assets to different formats, dimensions and platform requirements.
• Collaborate with teams to develop content ideas and campaigns.
• Ensure materials follow Luxarabia's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Maintain consistent fonts, colors, layouts and imagery.
• Create content that communicates property features, lifestyle and investment opportunities.
