What You’ll Do
Streamline & Optimize Workflows
- Audit and map copy production across homepage, CRM, SEO, brand marketing, and BAU touchpoints.
- Identify inefficiencies and optimise resource allocation between human-crafted and automated content.
- Design scalable templates for recurring formats (Read & Shop, Shop-in-Shop, gifting hubs, newsletters).
- Implement tools and automation solutions—leveraging platforms like Contentful, Jira, AI copy tools, and collaborative workflows.
Deliver Personalised Content at Scale
- Partner with CRM and Data teams to define audience segmentation strategies and rules-based triggers for personalised content.
- Deploy automated personalisation across channels—email, app, homepage, and push notifications.
- Integrate first-party data to elevate targeting beyond basic segmentation.
- Collaborate with Data Science to create predictive content models and A/B testing automation.
Governance & Quality Control
- Establish AI content generation workflows with brand safety, quality control, and compliance protocols.
- Create governance frameworks to ensure AI-assisted content reflects Ounass’s luxury positioning.
Measure Impact & Drive Adoption
- Implement performance tracking for efficiency gains (production time saved, template adoption, reusability).
- Measure engagement, conversion, and ROI of automated content initiatives.
- Lead training sessions to upskill the content team on automation tools and workflows.
- Drive change management to ensure smooth adoption across departments.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, or a related field (Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Strategy, or Data-Driven Marketing is a plus).
- 5–7 years of experience in content operations, content strategy, marketing automation, or lifecycle marketing—preferably in luxury, fashion, or e-commerce.
- Proven track record in delivering personalised, data-driven content at scale and optimising production workflows
- Strong expertise in personalised content creation at scale, mapped to customer lifecycle journeys.
- Deep knowledge of editorial, CRM, SEO, performance, and UX copy production.
- Hands-on experience with CMS (Contentful preferred), workflow tools (Jira, AirTable), and AI content tools.
- Proven ability to balance operational efficiency with luxury brand tone and creative storytelling.
- Experience in fashion, luxury, or e-commerce content production is highly desirable.
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
