Key Responsibilities
- Perform reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures in line with international standards, clinical protocols, and patient safety requirements.
- Provide detailed consultations, pre‑operative assessments, risk reviews, surgical planning, and informed consent discussions.
- Manage post‑operative care, wound assessment, recovery monitoring, complication prevention, and long‑term follow‑up documentation.
- Carry out procedures related to reconstructive surgery, cosmetic enhancement, scar revision, soft tissue repair, and other approved plastic surgery services.
- Collaborate with dermatology, orthopaedics, oncology, ENT, anesthesia, nursing, rehabilitation, and other healthcare teams to develop comprehensive patient treatment plans.
- Educate patients on surgical options, expected outcomes, recovery timelines, possible risks, and realistic treatment expectations.
- Maintain accurate patient records, operative reports, consultation notes, consent forms, treatment plans, and follow‑up documentation.

- Participate in medical conferences, professional training, case reviews, and continuing education activities to enhance clinical expertise.

Ideal Profile
- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in Plastic Surgery.
- Valid medical license to practice in Dubai or eligibility for Dubai Health Authority Consultant registration.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon.
- Proven experience in reconstructive and cosmetic plastic surgery procedures.
- Strong background in patient assessment, surgical planning, operative care, and post‑operative follow‑up.
