SearchPlus HR is seeking a Consultant IVF / Reproductive Medicine Specialist to join a leading UAE healthcare organization. You will provide comprehensive fertility and reproductive medicine services, delivering high-quality patient-centred care.

Key responsibilities include IVF/ART management, fertility assessments, ultrasound monitoring, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to optimise outcomes. UAE licensing eligibility is required, with Arabic speakers preferred.

Qualifications

• Medical degree with a recognised postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Reproductive Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI) or equivalent.
• Tier 1 / Western qualification strongly preferred (UK CCT/CCST, American Board, RCPSC, Irish Board, Australian/NZ qualifications).
• Eligible for Consultant-level UAE licensing, subject to assessment by health authority.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment and management of infertility and reproductive health concerns.
• Manage IVF, ICSI and other ART treatment pathways.
• Perform fertility assessments, ultrasound-guided monitoring and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with embryologists, nurses, geneticists and other specialists to optimise outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE standards.

About the Role

SearchPlus HR is seeking an experienced Consultant IVF / Reproductive Medicine Specialist to join a leading healthcare organization in the UAE. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive fertility and reproductive medicine services and contribute to the delivery of high-quality, patient-centred fertility care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide consultant-level assessment and management of patients with infertility and reproductive health concerns.
• Manage both male and female infertility cases in collaboration with the relevant multidisciplinary teams.
• Perform fertility assessments, including detailed reproductive history, investigations and treatment planning.
• Manage IVF, ICSI and other assisted reproductive technology (ART) treatment pathways.
• Conduct and interpret ovarian reserve and reproductive investigations.
• Perform ultrasound-guided follicular monitoring and other relevant fertility procedures.
• Manage ovulation induction, embryo transfer and other assisted conception procedures within the scope of practice.
• Manage patients undergoing fertility preservation, including egg and embryo freezing where applicable.
• Provide counselling regarding treatment options, risks, outcomes and expectations.
• Manage complex infertility and recurrent implantation/reproductive challenges.
• Work closely with embryologists, nurses, geneticists, and other specialists to optimise patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and comply with UAE healthcare and regulatory standards.
• Participate in clinical governance, quality improvement and evidence-based reproductive medicine practices.

Medical degree with a recognised postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, Reproductive Medicine, Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility (REI), or equivalent.

Consultant-level experience in IVF / Reproductive Medicine.

Tier 1 / Western qualification strongly preferred, such as:

• UK CCT / CCST
• American Board
Canadian Royal College (RCPSC)
• Irish Board
• Australian / New Zealand recognised qualifications
• Other recognised international Tier 1 qualifications

Strong experience in IVF and assisted reproductive technologies.

Experience managing complex fertility cases is highly desirable.

Eligible for Consultant-level UAE licensing, subject to assessment by the relevant health authority.

Arabic-speaking candidates are preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
