Job summary

CB&I Asset Solutions is seeking a Consultancy & Resourcing Advisor to manage sourcing, deployment and retention of consultants across the Middle East and North Africa. You will liaise between consultants, clients and internal teams to ensure high service standards and compliant processes throughout the consultant lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Minimum 8 years' experience within recruitment, manpower supply, workforce solutions or consultancy services.
• Experience within Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial Services or Asset Management sectors.
• Demonstrated experience managing consultant populations and contractor workforces.
• Experience supporting cross-border mobilisation and workforce deployment activities within the MENA region.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & talent pipeline management across Operations, Maintenance, Wells, Engineering, Projects, Construction, Commissioning, Turnaround and Asset Management.
• Lifecycle management from engagement to demobilisation, including onboarding, visas, timesheets and client approvals.
• Developing client relationships and workforce solutions, coordinating requests and service levels.
• Coordinate mobilisation with HR, Operations, Commercial, Finance and Procurement to ensure compliant deployment.
• Champion consultant welfare, engagement and retention initiatives.
• Assist with proposals, rate negotiations, invoices and timesheet processes.
• Support business growth by providing market intelligence and dashboards on consultant activity.
