Job summary

CB&I Asset Solutions in the UAE is seeking a Consultancy & Resourcing Advisor to source, deploy and manage consultants for client operations across the Middle East and North Africa. You will act as the primary liaison between consultants, clients and internal teams, ensuring requirements are fulfilled with high service standards.

The role focuses on building a robust consultant talent pipeline, coordinating onboarding and mobilisation, and maintaining contract compliance throughout the

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering or related discipline preferred.
• Professional recruitment or workforce management qualifications desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a network of consultants across Operations, Maintenance, Wells, Engineering, Projects, Construction, Commissioning, Turnaround and Asset Management.
• Build and expand a qualified talent pipeline to support contracts and opportunities.
• Coordinate onboarding, compliance, visas and client approvals for consultants.
• Manage the full consultant lifecycle from engagement to demobilisation.
• Act as the primary client interface for consultant-related matters and manage performance feedback.
• Support mobilisations, travel, accommodation and logistics for deployments.
• Monitor profitability, utilisation and assignment status.
• Develop reporting and dashboards on consultant activity and pipeline health.
