Job summary

A construction staffing agency is urgently looking for an experienced Time Keeper to manage the daily attendance of workers on-site in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate manpower reports, tracking worker movements, and coordinating with HR and management teams. Requirements include at least 1 year of experience in the construction sector, strong attendance management skills, and immediate availability for joining. Good communication skills are also essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Time Keeper in the construction sector.
• Strong knowledge of attendance management and manpower tracking.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Basic MS Excel skills (attendance sheets, OT calculation).
• Immediate joiners only.

Responsibilities

• Record daily attendance of workers and site staff.
• Update in/out timings, overtime (OT), leave, and absences.
• Prepare and maintain daily manpower deployment sheets.
• Maintain accurate daily, weekly, and monthly manpower reports.
• Track worker movements between different sites.
• Maintain ID copies, joining forms, and site documentation.
• Liaise with HR, site management, and project teams.
• Report manpower shortages or excess to supervisors.
• Handle worker queries related to attendance and OT.
• Ensure timely submission of all manpower reports.
