Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular safety inspections across construction work areas.
• Monitor workers and contractors for compliance with site safety procedures.
• Ensure proper use of PPE and required safety equipment.
• Identify hazards and report unsafe conditions promptly.
• Assist with toolbox talks, safety briefings, and awareness activities.
• Maintain records of safety inspections, observations, and incidents.
• Support investigations of workplace accidents and near-miss events.
• Check that work areas, tools, equipment, and access routes are maintained safely.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and engineers to address safety concerns.
• Assist with emergency preparedness and site evacuation procedures.
• Monitor compliance with approved risk assessments and method statements.
• Report safety violations and recommend corrective actions.
• Support site management in maintaining a strong safety culture.
• Ensure safety documentation is properly maintained and updated.
