Job summary

Power On Building Contracting LLC in Dubai is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of complex construction projects. You will plan, organize, and manage all phases from initiation to handover, developing execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.

You will monitor progress, ensure timely completion within budget, coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities, and guide site engineers and supervisors

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize and manage all phases of construction projects from initiation to handover
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within the approved budget
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and government authorities
• Lead and supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and other project staff
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards
• Implement and monitor HSE policies to maintain a safe working environment
• Review and approve method statements, work schedules, and material requirements
• Monitor procurement activities and ensure timely availability of materials and equipment
