Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Must be immediately available and currently based in the UAE.
8+ years experience on mixed-use projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
Strong planning and project management skills.
Strong analytical, critical and logical thinking.
Sound understanding of safety protocols.
Ability to focus under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

Lead in preparing schedule data for proposals or contract negotiations.
Integrate inter-discipline schedule requirements to establish logical sequences.
Review work sequences with the total project plan.
Determine activity durations within disciplines.
Develop quantity release and installation curves.
Review invoice verification for payment based on cost-loaded schedules.
Identify information needed to complete work logics between disciplines.
Develop project codes of accounts and work breakdown structures; recommend modifications.
Determine critical-path activities and identify schedule impacts.
Prepare schedule commentary for monthly progress reports.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Planner-Scheduler.
