Job summary

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee all phases of interior fit-out construction projects.
• Lead project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and site personnel to ensure efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, building codes, health and safety requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project specifications.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents to ensure project requirements are met.
• Resolve technical, operational, and site-related issues in a timely manner.
• Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and stakeholders.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality, safety, and operational excellence are maintained.

• Master's Degree is an advantage.
• 10-12 years of relevant experience in construction management, with strong exposure to interior fit-out projects.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering them successfully.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project management practices, and UAE construction regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management and construction-related software applications.
