Job summary

S K OVERSEAS HR CONSULTANCY in Abu Dhabi is seeking a seasoned Civil/Structural Supervisor to oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring strict adherence to blueprints, specifications and quality standards.

You will manage formwork, rebar, concrete pouring and structural steel erection, lead crews, coordinate schedules and enforce safety protocols to achieve zero-accident performance.

Candidates should have 5–7 years Gulf or ADNOC-related experience and hold OSHA/NEBOSH certifications.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive civil/structural supervision experience.
• Proven track record supervising concrete, formwork, rebar and structural steel erection.
• OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site civil and structural construction activities per blueprints and specs.
• Implement and enforce quality control for formwork, rebar, and concrete pouring.

Responsibilities

Oversee and direct all on-site civil and structural construction activities ensuring adherence to project blueprints and specifications.

Implement and enforce stringent quality control measures for all civil works, including formwork, rebar installation and concrete pouring.

Manage and coordinate daily work schedules for civil and structural crews, optimizing resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict adherence to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a zero-accident environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from a reputable institution.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in civil and structural supervision within the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successfully supervising concrete, formwork, rebar, and structural steel erection.
• Possession of relevant certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or equivalent safety qualifications.

Eligibility Criteria

• Experience in Pipeline / Oil & Gas / EPC / Flowline / Wellhead / Brownfield / Upstream / Onshore.
• Gulf / ADNOC experience preferred.
• Clean-shaven policy applicable.
• Candidates with Metro / Building / Road Infrastructure experience are not eligible.

Age Criteria

Maximum age limit is 49 years. For managerial positions, this may be extended up to 50 years if the candidate has significant Gulf experience.

Managerial and Senior Positions

A minimum of 5 years of Gulf experience in the relevant field is mandatory.
