Client of Guildhall in Dubai seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead daily site operations on a live high-rise project. You will direct scheduling, allocate resources, and ensure HSE QA/QC and local building code compliance while coordinating interfaces with architects and consultants.

A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required, with proficiency in Primavera or MS Project and knowledge of UAE regulations.

• Must have delivered large-scale high-rise towers.
• Managerial track record on UAE or international projects.
• Proficiency with Primavera or MS Project.
• Strong knowledge of UAE local construction regulations.

The role

• Run daily site operations for a live high-rise build in Dubai end to end
• Direct scheduling resource allocation and day-to-day troubleshooting on site
• Enforce HSE QA QC and UAE building code compliance across the project
• Coordinate structural and MEP interfaces with architects and consultants
• Review shop drawings manage change orders permits and progress reporting
• Control costs manage materials and certify subcontractor payments

• Experience delivering large-scale high-rise towers is required.
• A managerial track record delivering similar projects within the UAE and beyond
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Working proficiency in Primavera or MS Project
• Strong working knowledge of local construction regulations
• Experience coordinating with international consultants and architects is an advantage
