Responsibilities

• Monitor progress, look-ahead programmes, and recovery plans with planning team.
• Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure QA/QC and HSE compliance and prepare handover documentation.

Hiring: Construction Manager (CM) - Dubai, UAE

We are looking for an experienced Construction Manager (CM) to join our team for a building construction project in Dubai, UAE.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong and proven experience in Dubai-based building projects.
• Good experience in coordinating with Dubai Government Authorities and handling inspections, approvals, testing, completion requirements, and final project handover.
• Strong knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and site-based programme management.
• Ability to monitor progress, critical activities, delays, look-ahead programmes, and recovery plans in coordination with the planning team.
• Strong experience in managing subcontractors, suppliers, site teams, and multiple disciplines.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with the Client, Consultant, Contractors, Authorities, and other project stakeholders.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, method statements, RFIs, shop drawings, material submittals, and technical coordination.
• Experience in Testing & Commissioning, Snagging, Authority Inspections, and Project Handover.
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and site management skills.
• Good understanding of QA/QC and HSE requirements.
• Good knowledge of Primavera P6, MS Project, and Microsoft Office is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Preference will be given to candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available to join within a short notice period.
