Job summary

ConFlip is seeking a Construction Project Manager in Dubai to lead end-to-end construction initiatives, ensuring on-time delivery, adherence to budget, and high-quality standards.

You will coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams, review budgets, and enforce safety and codes while optimizing resources and schedules for multiple concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in construction project management in Dubai or a similar environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus).
• Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
• Experience managing budgets and resources effectively.
