We are a leading construction company in Dubai, seeking a highly experienced and skilled Construction Manager to join our team. As an Indian national, you will have a strong understanding of the local construction industry and be able to effectively manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Review and approve project designs and plans
• Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Manage project finances, including cost control measures
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Manager in the UAE
