Job summary

Clifford Chance in Abu Dhabi seeks a Lawyer to apply full knowledge of contract and construction law within the Construction Group, advising clients on EPC, operation/FM and related documents on major international projects.

You will work with sponsors, funders and contractors, collaborate across global offices, participate in training programs, and contribute to a high-performance team.

Qualifications

• You will be a qualified lawyer.
• Experience at a similar firm or overseas common law practice.
• Junior to mid-level non-contentious construction experience on large projects.
• Excellent drafting skills and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate and analyse construction (EPC) contracts and related documents.
• Advise on operation/FM and ancillary documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams and manage client expectations.
• Contribute to training, knowledge initiatives and process improvements.
