Job summary

Qureos is seeking an experienced HR Manager to run day-to-day HR operations for a large, site-based construction workforce in Dubai. You will own the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.

This hands-on, not a technical recruitment role requires strong policy writing, people management and a proactive approach to labor relations across sites and labor camps.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience with hands-on operations in UAE construction.
• Experience managing a large blue-collar workforce.
• Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and Dubai-specific rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for sites and labor camps.
• Lead onboarding, visas, labor cards, and clearances.
• Oversee payroll inputs and ensure accurate gratuity calculations.
• Maintain HR records, leave tracking and MIS reporting.
• Draft and roll out a company HR policy handbook.
• Advise department heads on HR matters with confidentiality.
• Coordinate with MOHRE and other authorities as required.
• Stay updated on UAE regulations and adapt HR practices.
