Job summary

Urban Ridge Supplies seeks an experienced HR Manager to run day-to-day HR operations for a large site-based construction workforce in Dubai. This is a hands-on role owning the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit and ensuring compliance with UAE and Dubai labor regulations while building tailored HR policies.

Responsibilities include managing HR operations for sites and labor camps, leading onboarding/offboarding (visas, labor cards, Emirates ID), payroll inputs (WPS), and staying updated

Qualifications

• 10+ years of HR experience, with hands‑on operations in the UAE construction industry.
• Strong working knowledge of UAE Labor Law and Dubai HR regulations.
• Proven ability to write HR policies and handbooks tailored to a company.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations for head office, project sites and labor camps.
• Lead onboarding and offboarding including visas, labor cards, medicals and Emirates ID.
• Oversee payroll inputs and WPS processing; calculate gratuity and final settlements.
• Stay current with UAE Labour Law and Dubai-specific regulations; update HR practices.
• Draft and roll out a company HR policy handbook across the workforce.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters and queries.
• Conduct regular site and labor‑camp visits to ensure welfare and compliance.
• Maintain HR records, leave and attendance tracking, and MIS reporting.
• Coordinate with MOHRE, immigration and other authorities as required.
• Advise department heads on HR matters with integrity and confidentiality.
